ACTS

Deuteronomy 32:3-4

For I proclaim the name of the Lord; ascribe greatness to our God! The Rock! His work is perfect, for all his ways are just; a God of faithfulness and without injustice, righteous and upright is he.

A Prayer using the above Scripture and ACTS

Adoration:

Dear Heavenly Father, I am praising you this morning for being my Unshakeable Rock. You are the foundation of my life. In you I feel protected, safe and secure. You are indeed perfect in all ways.

Confession:

Please forgive me that I don’t always see your perfection and share it with others. Too often I am looking at difficult circumstances and fretting instead of giving thanks in all circumstances.

Thanksgiving:

I am thankful that I can go to you in every season of life and find refuge, safety, and rest because you are faithful, just, righteous and upright. You always know what’s best for me and you offer that to me each and every day. I am forever grateful to you!

Supplication:

I ask you to help me focus on you and who you are rather than my circumstances and the seemingly impossibilities of them. Help me to run straight to you with my fears, anxieties and concerns. For it is in you, my ROCK, and not others that I can find refuge and safety.
